In 1944, we started our journey as cotton traders, dealing mostly in Africa. By 1949 we had offices in London and Manchester for trading in cotton, cotton yarn and fabrics. In 1963, we had established our first spinning mills, and in 1974 we forayed into apparel manufacturing.
Today our apparel division is a multi million dollar business with exports to EU / USA and a large presence in the Indian domestic market.
We pride ourselves in being a professionally run and managed company. The company is headed by Aditya Udani, who is a fourth generation entrepreneur owner. Under him, we have a young vibrant team of professionals who are the best in their area of expertise.

Our Core Strengths
We are conscious that the customer expects "value addition" in the products they buy. Keeping this in mind, we are continually experimenting with different fabric structures, washes, print techniques, etc. Our sampling facility is perhaps the most comprehensive of any comparable garment company.
All our factories are modern with the most updated machineries. Our factories are also compliant to the standards of some of the most extracting buyer' sworldwide. Our factories are compliant with the highest standards of SA 8000, GOTS, OEKOTEX, BSCI, BIORE. We are compliant for Walmart and other US buyers.
High Quality Standards:We regularly work on AQL 2.5 standard. For the discerning customers an even higher quality standard is offered. A team of dedicated quality controllers ensure that there is strict adherence to quality at every stage of the production cycle..
With over 20 years' experience in production of garments made out of organic cotton, we have been the pioneers in this field. Not only is the cotton grown organically, the entire production process is completely organic compliant. Stringent audit procedures are in place to ensure that the garments are true to the organic process.
We are also a CO2 neutral company. We produce more clean energy by way of wind power, than what is consumed in all our factories in the production process.
With a view to conserve energy the company has invested in wind energy. Totally we produce 15 MW wind energy. Not only does this meet our requirements but we are able to feed clean energy into the grid of electricity companies for distribution to other consumers.
